Social Worker and/or Psychotherapist

We are seeking a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) trained in EMDR to join our team. You will deliver high-quality care, engage with a team of clinicians, and contribute to the ongoing development of our therapy programming.

• Provide individual (and potentially group) therapy sessions using EMDR as the primary modality, as well as other evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
• Conduct thorough assessment and formulation of clients presenting with trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, dissociation, or related mental health challenges.
• Develop, implement and monitor treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, goals and stage of therapy.

• Maintain detailed, accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Participate in consultation, peer supervision, case review, and team meetings to support best practices and continuous improvement.

• engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or a closely related discipline.

• Fully registered and in good standing with one of the following Ontario regulatory bodies: College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
• Certification in EMDR (successful completion of recognized EMDR training and affiliation with an EMDR association).
• Commitment to client-centered, culturally sensitive care and ongoing professional development.
• Additional certifications/training in trauma-informed approaches, DBT, CBT for trauma, dissociation treatment or other relevant modalities is preferred.
