Intuitively, you’ll represent the College with professionalism and integrity and align with RSGC Values that guide our daily actions. We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging teacher of Senior School Mathematics for a full-time contract position from September 2026 until June 2027 with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will offer creative and diverse programming, and will challenge students to take risks in developing perseverance and resilience. They will complement an exceptional and accomplished teaching faculty in the Senior School.
A demonstrated ability to differentiate instructional practices for a diverse community of learners in a classroom setting
A passion for teaching and a familiarity with best practices
A commitment to the co-curricular life of the school.
A bachelor’s degree with formal training in Mathematics
A Bachelor of Education in good standing eligible with the Ontario College of Teachers
Experience teaching senior level mathematics courses including Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U)
Advanced Placement® experience is a definite asset.

The general range for individuals with less than six years of qualifying teaching experience is $72,000-$102,000 and the general range for individuals with more than six years of qualifying teaching experience is $100,000-$134,000. Final placement within the RSGC faculty grid will be based on a combination of factors and will include an inflation adjustment to the grid for the 2026-2027 academic year.
