In-Store Sales Representative (Full-Time)

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual from within our organization to join our team as a Feed Sales Consultant . This role combines relationship-building, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to support customers with their livestock operations. Travel and Relationship Building
Customer Visits: Regularly travel within the assigned territory to understand customers’ livestock feed needs and operational challenges. Customer Support: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Sales and Marketing
Sales Strategy Development: Partner with the Regional Business Manager to develop and execute effective sales plans. Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence within your territory.
Marketing Fund Management: Strategically manage marketing resources to maximize return on investment. Track, evaluate, and report on marketing activities and outcomes.
Identify and help resolve issues related to barn environments, including ventilation, feeding systems, and overall efficiency. Deliver practical, results-driven solutions for customers.
Assess the unique nutritional needs of various livestock and recommend tailored feed programs to optimize animal health, performance, and productivity.
Experience: Proven success in agricultural sales, ideally within livestock feed or a related field.
Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Travel: Willing and able to travel frequently within the territory.
