Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Ford vehicles and products
- Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrate features of Ford vehicles
- Work closely with the sales management team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Stay current on new product launches, features, and industry trends
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for the automotive industry and Ford Motor Company products
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Prior sales experience is an asset but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to receive on-the-job training from experienced team members
- Valid driver’s license
