We are seeking a senior Civil Project Director \ to lead large,
complex public infrastructure and PPP (P3) civil projects \ in the
This executive -level role is responsible for overseeing
delivery of major government -funded and alternative -delivery projects with
significant stakeholder, commercial, and regulatory complexity. \
\
This position is ideal for a civil construction leader with deep
experience navigating public owners, concession partners, and long -term
Provide executive oversight of PPP (P3) and public -sector civil infrastructure projects \ from pursuit through delivery \\
Lead integrated project teams including operations, design partners, and concession stakeholders \\
Drive project governance, risk management, and commercial strategy under alternative delivery models \\
Maintain accountability for cost, schedule, safety, quality, and contractual performance \\
Serve as senior point of contact for public owners, government agencies, lenders, and private partners \\
Support pursuits, RFQs, RFPs, and bid strategy for future PPP and public infrastructure work \\
Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and contractual obligations \\
Mentor senior project leaders and build long -term leadership capacity \\\

- Experience coordinating with concessionaires, designers, lenders, and regulatory bodies \\\
- Strong financial acumen with oversight of large, complex project budgets \\\
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic communication skills \\\\
