The Manager, Platform Technology is a hands-on, delivery-focused leader who cares deeply about building stable, high-performing platforms that people can rely on every day. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the health, evolution, and performance of LendCare’s platforms—leading delivery through a blend of vendor partnerships, team leadership, and thoughtful technical oversight. Working closely with business leaders, Technical Product, Architecture, and external partners, you’ll help bring ideas to life while championing modern engineering, quality, and DevSecOps practices.

Drive best practices using Agile and DevSecOps approaches to enable faster, more reliable delivery cycles.

Identify opportunities to improve delivery velocity, reduce technical debt, and optimize overall platform performance.

Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership on platform performance, development progress, and support metrics.

Maintain high standards for quality assurance activities to ensure accurate, high-quality changes are deployed.

Act as the primary point of contact for development and QA partners, ensuring accountability, strong performance, and timely delivery.

Support a core technology roadmap that aligns IT initiatives with the business’s short- and long-term goals.

Maintain clear visibility into platform issues and defects, driving timely resolution and continuous improvement in support processes.

Oversee the planning and execution of platform integrations with internal and external systems, ensuring stability and data integrity.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered an asset.

• Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce) are an advantage.
• 5–7 years of experience in platform support, software delivery, or technical vendor management within an enterprise environment.
• Experience managing third-party development and support partners, including performance tracking and escalation management.
• Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts related to APIs, integrations, and platform architecture.
• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues and drive resolution through collaboration and structured analysis.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week , either from our Mississauga or Pickering office.

$99,187.50 – $138,000.00 CAD (includes base salary and bonus)
