Aplin is partnering with a well-established and growing organization in the mining sector to recruit a Document Controller for a site-based role in Northern Saskatchewan. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced project environment and is looking to gain exposure to a large-scale mining operation.
This position will operate on a site rotation schedule, to be determined in collaboration with the successful candidate.
Northern Saskatchewan (Remote Site)
Term: 6-Month Contract (Strong Potential for Extension or Permanent Hire)
Manage and maintain project documentation in accordance with company standards and procedures
Ensure accurate version control, document tracking, and filing within document management systems
Coordinate the flow of technical documents between internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders
Support engineering and project teams with document control processes and compliance requirements
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting of documentation
Assist with audits and ensure documentation aligns with regulatory and project requirements
