Wood is recruiting for a Junior Document Controller to join our Minerals & Metals business at our office in #Saskatoon, SK or in #Vancouver, BC. Wood is currently seeking a Junior Document Controller , to join our team based in Saskatoon, SK. They will be reporting directly to the Document Control Manager, the document controller will be responsible for performing document control activities such as the registration and issue of project documentation, processing in accordance with agreed procedure. Competitive salary with regular salary reviews to ensure we are rewarding at the right level in line with the market.  The salary range for this position is CAD $51,000 - $63,000 per year. Flexible benefits package that can be adapted to suit your lifestyle

In our recruitment and hiring process at Wood Canada Ltd., we want to emphasize that we do not employ artificial intelligence or automated systems to screen or select candidates.  Issue all project drawings and documentation are received, checked, accurately recorded and distributed in an efficient and expeditious manner according to agreed Project and Corporate Procedures. Frequently check that all record files required by the Project are being maintained in good order to comply with QA requirements and to provide full co-operation during execution of internal and external audits

Support site team as required with tasks such as compiling packages in electronic and hard copy formats, managing redlines, and maintaining stick files

Undertake other administrative and document control tasks as requested by the Lead Document Controller or Project Control Manager to support site with completion tasks

Learn and follow the Wood Document Control systems and procedures.

• Adept with Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Excel, Word.
• Experience with an Electronic Document Management System is required.
• 2 years of document control experience is required for this position
• Engineering office and/or construction office experience including completion and turnover is preferred.
