Schedule: Part-time, flexible
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable receptionist to keep our busy wellness clinic running smoothly and ensure a warm, healing environment for our patients.
Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Assist with general administrative tasks and support the clinic team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Computer literacy, including email and booking software.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience is an asset.
Bonus Qualifications
Familiarity with direct billing or clinic management software.
Hourly wage of $16.00/hr with flexible scheduling.
