Receptionist - Acura of Saskatoon

At   Acura of Saskatoon we’re looking for a friendly and energetic Receptionist/ Inventory Controller . You'll be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting administrative tasks like data entry, reporting, and front-desk coordination.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, outgoing, detail-oriented, and eager to learn—someone who brings positive energy and a team-first attitude every day.

What you'll be doing:

• Greet customers, answer and direct calls, take messages, and schedule appointments


• Provide professional front-desk support and assist customers with general questions


• Support the sales team with data entry, filing, reporting, document preparation, and lead tracking


• Maintain accurate new and used vehicle inventory records, including stock details, pricing, locations, and status changes


• Process vehicle arrivals, trades, transfers, purchases, and sold-unit documentation


• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies


• Assist with inventory audits, vehicle files, online listings, keys, and delivery readiness


• Complete other administrative and inventory-related duties as required
  

What we're looking for:

• Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills


• Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills


• A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems


• A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel


• Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
