We’re a UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy services. We’re looking for a Client Success Sales Consultant to join our remote team and help convert leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining excellent client relationships. You’ll engage warm leads, recommend appropriate cleaning solutions, and ensure clients have a smooth and positive experience throughout the sales process.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Fully remote position.
~ Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development.
- Clear and professional communication in English, both written and verbal.
- Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
- Track record of success in phone-based sales and meeting targets.
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data.
- Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively.
