Insurance Advisor - Full - Time

We are seeking seasoned, high-performing Insurance Advisor to join a rapidly growing Direct Insurance team in Markham. This is a critical role designed for individuals who thrive on the intersection of sales execution, expert advice, and technical underwriting.

Location: Markham, ON (Full-Time In-Office)

Salary: $50,000 - $58,000 + Performance Bonus & Comprehensive Benefits

Fully On site in Markham

Hours of operation are Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 9:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). You will work 5 days a week 7.5-hour shifts (37.5 hours total) on a rotating schedule. Eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

Drive strong sales results by quoting, underwriting, and selling Home & Auto insurance policies

Provide technical underwriting support and guidance to junior team members

Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and retention

Stay current on product, pricing, underwriting and regulatory changes

Track and analyze your own performance to continuously improve outcomes

Service existing customers by updating their policies to meet their changing needs and provide new products as required

Demonstrated success in a target-driven sales environment (Insurance, Finance, or high-volume retail).

Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to match products to specific customer needs.
