Systems Architect-Senior-Onshore

Technical Leadership

Design and be accountable for the end-to-end technical solution for a complex, large technical upgrade project.

Translate logical designs into physical designs, producing detailed design documentation to guide development teams. Review and obtain alignment from the required teams for the design.

Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Offer creative alternatives and recommendations, providing domain expertise in Wireless IT delivery to optimize project outcomes.

Offer technical leadership and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Experience working on projects where the application interfaces with a large number of other applications (approximately 20). Ability to work with numerous other application teams to ensure design/system changes do not impact other applications.

Technical Skills

Extensive expertise in RedHat EAP application server, Java Enterprise application development, and java-based technologies.

Extensive expertise in writing designs for complex modernization migration projects.

Additional Qualifications

Local resource to work from Bell Creekbank offices 3 days/week.

Proven experience as a System Analyst/Architect in complex technical environments, with a strong portfolio of successful designs.

SAFe 6 certification, reflecting advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to lead Agile teams.

Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

Ability to back up the Scrum Master when they are on vacation. e.g., Run stand up calls, coordinate work done by team members, manage financials, interface with other teams.
