Customer Service Sales Representative (Manufacturing Industry)

We are a dynamic, rapidly growing manufacturing company in the heavy-duty truck industry, located in the Vaughan area. Handle customer inquiries by providing accurate product information, pricing, and quotes.
Process and manage customer orders using Sage Business Vision.
Provide tracking updates to both customers and sales representatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and product
Analyze customer sales data and trends.
Minimum 2 years of related inside sales or customer service experience.
Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers confidently and professionally
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
Supervisory experience and leadership skills are an asset.
Adaptable, flexible, and skilled in critical thinking.
