What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. As a Tactical Security Guard in a Government setting , physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments , de- escalate situations and ensure specific- onsite instructions and protocols are followed
Hourly wage of $23.81
Flexible open shifts ( Monday to Friday 0800-1600)
Responsibilities for Government Security Guard
Document all activities and report any anomalies immediately.
Respond to fire, medical, and security emergencies.
Follow specific on-site instructions and undergo regular training.
Adapt to unique site-specific security requirements.
Proficiency in using security technology.
React quickly to threats or incidents
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
Qualifications for Government Security Guard
- First aid certification an asset
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
- Full Saskatchewan Driving license with Clear Driving Abstracf
- Fluent in English, both written and orally
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills
- 95 Mask Fitting Training
