Strategic Alignment & Design: Develop, enhance, and implement professional skills learning paths, curriculums, and courses that bridge existing skill gaps and align with business objectives.

Data Analytics & Reporting: Establish measurement tools to assess program effectiveness, analyze data-driven insights, and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.

Stakeholder & Culture Management: Partner with cross-functional HR COEs and business leaders to foster an agile, continuous learning culture through innovative marketing and engagement strategies.

Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor a matrix/project-based team of approximately 13 learning professionals, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.

Experience: 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in learning, education, or talent development (experience within a global or financial services environment is highly preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Technical Proficiency: Analytical Skills: Strong capability in utilizing data analytics and measurement tools to track KPIs and evaluate business outcomes.

Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or related fields.

Hands-on experience with innovative learning technologies, such as AI-driven learning solutions, digital learning, or immersive platforms.

Proven experience in continuous improvement and change management strategies.

Role Type: Contract (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexibility required for early morning calls starting at 8:00 AM or occasional after-hours calls to support global collaboration)
