Manager Comptabilité & Finance (H/F)

Lead UGM’s financial strategy as the Finance Director in a hybrid setting. This role emphasizes enhancing compliance and stewardship across Vancouver.

As Finance Director, you will be instrumental in managing the organization's financial integrity, from accounting to audit processes. Your leadership will ensure that financial operations align with both strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the accounting cycle and manage financial reporting
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and compliance
• Oversee financial audits and deal with regulatory bodies
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Develop a high-performing finance team and culture

Requirements:

• Required CPA designation or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance roles
• Expertise in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Effective leader with proven team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
