Flying Tiger Copenhagen is a Danish lifestyle retail chain that began in 1995 with a single store in Copenhagen, where every item was priced at 10 Danish kroner. The name "Tiger" plays on the Danish word "tier" (pronounced tee-uh), meaning ten kroner, which phonetically resembles the English word "tiger" . Over the past three decades, the brand has expanded to over 1,000 stores across 42 countries, with its largest markets in Denmark, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Spain. The store layout is intentionally maze-like, encouraging customers to embark on a "treasure hunt" experience, with at least 300 new items introduced each month
Job Description – Store Manager
We are looking for a Sales Associate who is an enthusiastic team player with a passion for retail and customer experience. The ideal candidate brings positive energy, enjoys working collaboratively, and is excited to create a fun, engaging, and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
Deliver a unique, fun, and engaging customer experience that reflects the spirit of Flying Tiger Copenhagen
Ensure customers are always the top priority, creating welcoming and interactive in-store moments
Engage with customers by sharing product knowledge and storytelling, helping them discover new and exciting items
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals, contributing to overall store success
Work collaboratively with the team to build a positive and high-energy store environment
Support personal development by setting goals and actively seeking feedback
Assist with merchandising, floor sets, and visual updates, ensuring the store remains inspiring and well-presented
Follow all company policies and procedures
Support back-of-house tasks, including stock replenishment and organization
Assist with general store upkeep to ensure a clean and organized environment
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer engagement skills
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to achieve sales targets and performance metrics
Basic familiarity with POS systems and retail tools is an asset
Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
