Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate to join our team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product demos, cashiering, and supporting technical and retail sales. Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register

- Assist with technical sales by providing product information and recommendations to customers

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets

Requirements:

-Previous in home hardware, building supply store is strong asset

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate product information to customers

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in cashiering procedures and point-of-sale systems

- Knowledge of technology sales is preferred

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Must have good phone etiquette skills

- Must be fluent in English
