Collaborate with the Manager to ensure the restaurant's efficient and profitable operation.

• Supervise daily operations in a fast-paced, fast-casual dining atmosphere.
• Facilitate team member training, orientation, and coaching.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling to maximize team performance.
• Enforce stringent standards for food quality and safety.
• Comply with payroll budget requirements.
• Manage inventory control and execute weekly counts.
• Handle multiple food and supply orders weekly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges affecting service, efficiency, and productivity.
• Manage day-to-day operational issues effectively.
• Assume full responsibility for kitchen management.
• Prioritize cleanliness, quality, and timely service.
• Generate monthly reports on employee performance.

Professional and cooperative conduct with co-workers and management.

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen service and supervisory experience.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with Arabic being a bonus
• Skilled in inventory management and scheduling software.
• Food Handler Safety Certification.
