PM Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsibility:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated PM Warehouse Supervisor to join our Mississauga team and support the Evening Operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to ensure the smooth running of operations during the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the evening operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor daily processing volume and adjust staffing allocation accordingly.
• Coordinate with other warehouse locations and assist with tasks if needed.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities to effectively manage and resolve team challenges. Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster growth and development.
• Maintain open communication with team members and management to convey important information and address concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
• Uphold safety standards throughout the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a strong asset.
• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Technical savvy, proficient in using various tools and platforms including inventory management software.
• Flexible schedule, with full availability to work evening shifts until close and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
