Ecommerce Logistic Customer Service Assistant H/F

Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for building strong client relationships? We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to join a leader in the fast-paced e-commerce and shipping industry. This is more than just a customer service role; it’s an opportunity to become an integral part of the logistics supply chain, where your efforts directly contribute to the satisfaction of their customers. While the primary business language is English, we have a strong preference for candidates who are bilingual in either French or Cantonese as well as English. This is to better serve our client's diverse client base and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and support across different regions and business units.

12 month contract

• Competitive salary range of $42,000 - $46,000, based on experience.

Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Track and manage orders from placement to delivery, providing clients with timely updates on shipping logistics and status.
• Utilize CRM software to log all customer interactions, record details of inquiries, and maintain an organized database of client information.
• Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders, shipping, billing, and product availability.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, client relations, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is an asset.
• A preference for bilingualism in French or Cantonese both written and speaking, as well as in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college diploma or university degree is an asset.
