Simply put, we will work together to simplify businesses' IT with Cloud technology so they can focus on what really matters, making people’s lives better. You will work closely with the development team to expand our partner and client portal, driving client value at every opportunity. You will be responsible for balancing the technical requirements and stakeholder needs through a clever prioritization allowing for a delightful product. In collaboration with the Scrum Master, you will bring rigor and organization to the development process through clean storytelling and documentation. Take the lead of the scrum team as the Product Owner.
Ensure the alignment of development efforts to the company and product specific OKRs.
Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
Create engaging user stories by merging your analysis with the technical knowledge of the team.
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Agile practitioner.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant field an asset.
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles, including tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
S trong understanding of conceptualizing, developing, and sustaining digital products, marketplaces, and/or platforms.
Great structure, rigor and discipline when it comes to the process of software development (Story writing, Specs, Documentation).
Creative thinker with a vision.
Knowledge of the MSP (Managed Service Provider) market and Commerce Platforms is a major asset.
Experience with AI coding and/or productivity tools is a plus.
Fluent English. French is an asset.

Reasons for the requirement of English: Sherweb has international customers and fluency in English is the only way to ensure proper service delivery to them. The main tasks related to this position require written and oral communication with an English-speaking clientele at all times.
