Location: Ottawa ON (Hybrid) or Toronto ON (Hybrid) or Ontario CA (Remote) or Quebec CA (Remote)
You’re passionate about building high-quality CRM solutions and thrive in roles where you can collaborate directly with business users to understand their needs. You excel as the strategic connector between business and technical teams, ensuring both sides understand each other’s priorities, constraints, and goals to deliver high impact products and features. You’re skilled at managing backlogs, troubleshooting and resolving issues and serving as the go-to subject matter expert for corporate applications and tools. You bring strong Dynamics CRM or Power Apps expertise, including administration, customizing entities, optimizing workflows, implementing configuration changes and enhancing overall platform effectiveness. Your solid understanding of data, data governance, and reporting further strengthens your ability to deliver end to end solutions.
Built and prioritized product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide technical delivery
Collaborated directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications
Developed and customized solutions within Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform, improving both user experience and operational efficiency
Managed endâtoâend feature delivery across the full SDLC, from design through deployment
Served as a technical subject matter expert for corporate applications, integrations, and platform tools
Worked with an email marketing tool is considered an asset
Project management skills, an asset
Skilled at fostering collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders
Passionate about continuous improvement and user experience
Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and mitigates risks
Grounded in solid data governance principles, ensuring data quality, consistency, and responsible use across systems
