We are looking for self-driven, relentless competitors who know how to cold call, prospect, and fight in the market to win contracts against entrenched competitors.
These are people who show up every day prepared to give 100% effort , regardless of market conditions, rejection, or pressure.
Self-Discipline – You manage your time, activity, and pipeline without being chased
- Competitive Fire – You want to win; Aggressively prospect and cold call independent and franchise dealers within your territory
- Build and maintain a high-velocity pipeline ; Close new business and expand wallet share within existing accounts
- Consistent daily prospecting and pipeline creation
- Sustained contract count and revenue growth
- Full ownership of territory performance
- Minimal supervision; Experience in automotive, F&I, financial services, or SaaS is an asset
- Sales professionals who outwork, out-prepare, and out-execute peers
- Order-takers or farmers who rely on existing accounts instead of creating new ones
- People who blame market conditions, competitors, pricing, or support teams for poor results
- Anyone uncomfortable being measured by activity, pipeline, and outcomes
- Market-leading products with real dealer value
- A performance-driven culture that rewards effort and results
- This role is mostly on the road and will require travel throughout Saskatchewan .
