Our Administrative Care Team is the first point of contact for patients and a key part of keeping our clinics running smoothly. You’ll support daily clinic operations, patient intake, scheduling, and billing while delivering a professional experience. Answer phones, emails, texts, and faxes promptly and professionally

• Manage billing and payments (direct billing/WSIB/HCAI experience is an asset)
• Coordinate with insurers, medical offices, pharmacies, and external providers
• Support office operations, supplies, and basic IT troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment

Performance Expectations

• Accurate and efficient billing and documentation
• Consistent adherence to clinic protocols and service standards

2+ years in healthcare administration, clinic operations, or a similar role

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot) is an asset
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
