We are currently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our talented team for the summer. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy coming up with creative solutions, we want to hear from you!
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be focusing on supporting marketing efforts through content creation, campaign coordination, brand consistency, and teamwork, while building a wide rage of professional and technical skills.
Responsible for new content on social media
Support new print advertising for magazines, trade publications, newspapers, brochures, and pamphlets
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards in all posts, captions, videos, and stories
Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and possibly TikTok
Design for marketing apparel, clothing, and working supplies
Strategic Planning- Assist with Marketing Reports, Budgets and Planning
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Coordinate with local partners, events, and sponsorship opportunities to increase community visibility
Collaborate with sales and design team to gather project information for marketing use
Assist with client communication and project documentation when needed
Maintain organized files, calendars, and project schedules for marketing activities
Currently pursuing post-secondary education in marketing or a related field is considered an asset
Please note this is a temporary summer position with an anticipated end date of August 28, 2026.
