Le Centre de services de paie (CSP) de CGI est à la recherche d’un Chargé(e) de comptes (clients majeurs).

Le secteur des Services de paie offre principalement des services de gestion et de préparation de la paie destinés aux PME canadiennes. Il propose également des solutions spécialisées de gestion de la paie et des ressources humaines (RH) pour les entreprises ayant des environnements de paie plus complexes et des besoins RH spécifiques.
Entretenir une étroite relation d'affaires en maintenant une communication régulière avec chacun des clients de son portefeuille
- Fournir un soutien-conseil (applicatif, législatif, technologique) aux clients majeurs
- Ressources humaine, gestion de temps, libre-service etc.)
- Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle
- Diplôme d'études collégiales en administration, comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe ou toute autre combinaison d'études et d'expérience pertinente
- Un minimum de 8 ans d'expérience au niveau de la paie
- Un minimum de 3 années d'expérience en charge de comptes/clients existants.
- Esprit d'analyse, de synthèse et de planification
- Connaissance de différentes solutions de paie
- Capacité à travailler avec les outils bureautiques MicrosoftMD Office
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais autant verbal qu'à l'écrit (essentiel).
- Formation Comprendre les principes de la paie et Maîtriser les législations de la paie du Cégep Ahuntsic ou Certification S.C.P. de l'Association canadienne de la paie (ACP) (un atout)

Account manager (major accounts)
CGI's Payroll Services Center (PSC) is looking for an Account Manager (major accounts).
Join our dynamic team to contribute to the success of local businesses.
- Public transit and nearby parking options
- Provide consulting support (application, legal, and technical) to major clients
- Identify potential clients within the account manager's database in order to present additional modules. (Human resources, time and attendance, self-service etc..)
- Document all client interactions and conduct the annual client satisfaction assessment meeting, and ensure to maintain the business unit's results.
- College diploma in business administration, accounting or any related area or any combination of studies and related work experience or the equivalent
- Minimum 8 years' experience in the payroll industry
- Minimum 3 years' experience in account management/existing clients
- College Ahuntsic Payroll specific trainings or Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) PCP Certification (Asset)
- Own a car and be able to travel to client sites
- Flexible and adaptable
- Customer-oriented
- Knowledge of various payroll solutions
- Ability to work with Microsoft® Office tools
- Excellent written and spoken skills in both French and English (Essential).
