Role Overview
In this role you will function as an expert to help design and architect all supply chain planning applications. You will lead cross-functional teams on global enterprise providing SCM technical strategy, solution design and process transformation initiatives in area of process expertise, delivering defined objectives and business value.
What You will do
Ability to own the blueprint for Rapid Response solution focusing on L1 to L5 level processes.
Perform requirements analysis, discovery, and gap analysis for Kinaxis Rapid Response functionalities.
Perform Data readiness assessment, understand data cleansing & transformation rules, and ensure the successful implementation of Rapid Response solution.
Strong functional knowledge in the following Rapid Response applications: Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), DRP, MPS, MEIO, S&OP.
Work closely with Integration Lead to ensure successful data migration from different ERP Source systems to Kinaxis and vice versa (Double Closed Loop)
Lead the development and implementation to meet client needs in Sales & Ops Planning Supply Planning Demand Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization and Supply Demand Balancing.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and optimally aligning with the company digital strategy and innovation goals.
Your experience in the design/ architecting and development of supply planning solution using Kinaxis Rapid Response with extensive knowledge on integration and configuration.
Collaborate with client on design and solution and should be detail-document (technical and functional aspects) of solution.
Should be able to identify the opportunities for performance optimization and able to deliver to solution to overcome any performance challenges and design flaws.
Identify the risk associate on project delivery / deliverables.
Understand the user stories listed in sprint and convert them into Kinaxis deliverable.
What you bring to the role
Demonstrated ability in Supply Chain Planning domain and knowledge on advantages of concurrent planning system and Rapid Response.
Kinaxis Rapid Response Administrator Level 1 or 2 & Author Level 2 or 3 certification.
Prior working experience in customer facing roles and you have great interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
Work well in a distributed team environment and have the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Should have good communication skill to talk to business users to remove any roadblocks during sprint development.
Should have understanding on Supply planning, Demanding planning, Sales & Operation, and Inventory management.
Good knowledge on the data models, workflows with customization capabilities to meet the client needs.
You should be Kinaxis solution architect certified
Good understand the Agile way/ waterfall.
