The Role As a Server at SARA, you will play a key role in delivering a polished and seamless dining experience. The ideal candidate is professional, knowledgeable and confident in guiding guests through the menu, wine list and overall dining experience.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and enjoys being part of a tight-knit team.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive, knowledgeable and professional service throughout the dining experience
Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations for food and beverage pairings
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the wine list and beverage offerings
Maintain a high standard of service that aligns with SARA’s hospitality philosophy
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
Ensure tables and service areas remain organized and presentable throughout service
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of serving experience, ideally in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment
- Previous experience as a server or restaurant manager considered an asset
- Strong wine knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Professional, reliable and detail-oriented
- Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service periods
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time hours
- Dinner service only
- Restaurant open Tuesday – Saturday
- $17.60 + gratuities
