FOH Server

Job Responsibility:

The Front of the House Server ensures guest satisfaction, by serving Food and Beverage as requested for meal periods and/or events. The Server supports the team needs. Other tasks, such as light food preparation, set up or cleaning duties, will be assigned throughout the shifts.

Hours: Saturday & Sunday 8am to 4pm; weekdays as per business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Part time position: Every weekend; weekday shifts are based on business needs
• Independently sets up buffet meals
• Replenish Food and Beverage products during services
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during meal periods
• Pick up and clean up food and beverage after meal services
• Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the services and events and return equipment to accurate storage as applicable
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Adaptable to customer needs.

• Maintains the privacy, safety, and dignity of each customer by observing client confidentiality and by closely adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Maintains compliance with ARAMARK's standards of operation. Adheres to ARAMARK's Business Conduct Policy at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Experience in food service preferred
• Needs to communicate fluently in the English language
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
