Join Our Dynamic Team as a Housekeeping Team Lead!
We are looking for a Housekeeping Team Lead to supervise and support our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Assist the Housekeeping Manager and Supervisor in assigning daily tasks to Room Attendants and House Attendants
Ensure housekeeping supplies are well-stocked, and request replenishments as needed
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards
Oversee the safe storage and proper use of cleaning materials, following Safety Data Sheets (SDS) guidelines
Facilitate staff orientation and training as per hotel guidelines
Foster a collaborative and professional work environment, encouraging team spirit and high standards of service
Manage guest feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Support housekeeping operations by performing Room Attendant or House Attendant duties as required
Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience, with leadership experience an asset
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
