We are seeking a Journeyman/Red Seal Heavy Equipment Technician (421A) — or an exceptionally strong technician with significant drilling-rig experience — to join our growing team. This is primarily a field-based role, dispatching daily from our Uxbridge, ON location and servicing a local customer base with minimal long-term travel.
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 90% field work, 10% shop.

As a Field Heavy Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing specialized drilling and foundation equipment. Bauer drill rigs• Klem drill rigs• Vibratory hammers• Impact hammers• Heavy equipment engines, hydraulics, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
~Traveling to customer job sites using company vehicles.
Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician (421A Red Seal) – OR strong drilling-rig experience without a license.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment systems, engines, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical diagnostics.
- Class 5 or equivalent driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Valid passport for occasional out-of-province work/trade shows
