Cerner les problématiques clients pour mieux les aider et leur proposer des solutions de recrutement adaptées.
Gérer le process de recrutement dans sa globalité, de la prise de contact aux démarches administratives et financières.
Gestion et suivi des candidatures tout au long du processus de recrutement pour garantir un niveau de satisfaction élevé.
Stratégique, parce qu'une politique de recrutement efficace est un atout compétitif majeur pour les entreprises,
Complète, car elle associe développement et gestion d'affaires soutenue pour développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients,
