We’re one of the fastest-growing GTM agencies working with B2B startups across the US, UK, and EU. We’re looking for a Senior GTM Copywriter who understands that good writing is nice - but performance is what matters.

Run structured A/B tests (subject lines, CTAs, tone, structure)
Iterate based on data - not opinions
Improve and build AI workflows that speed up research, ideation, and testing
Lead and mentor our copy team (currently 2 writers)
This is a senior role. 2+ years writing cold email (mandatory - not general copywriting)
- You understand outbound metrics: reply rate, positive rate, meeting rate, pipeline
- Strong, natural English writing
