About We are a leading provider of energy-efficient, innovative equipment, instrumentation, and process control systems to the global mining industry. With companies in Brazil, Canada, Chile, Mexico and South Africa, Woodgrove has built a reputation based on quality, performance and safety. We are looking for a process engineer with experience working within a Mineral Processing plant, ideally related to flotation. The candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary equipment commissioning and optimization team at various sites around the world. The candidate will also perform pilot plant tests, analyze test results, and provide inputs to the circuit mass balances and design. As this role requires 30-40% travel, those applying should enjoy traveling and be excited about working on different sites with different minerals.
Commissioning and optimization of flotation equipment.
Plan, coordinate, and execute pilot plant test work.
Data analysis.
Producing technical documentation (e.g., Training other process engineers.
Traveling to mineral processing sites across the world (30-40% travel is typical)
An Engineering Degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Mining Engineering is preferred OR
Proficient in Excel. A data analytics background and other programming languages will be beneficial.
Ability to communicate well in English, both written and verbally.
Spanish and/or Portuguese is an asset.
