As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership, handling telephone communications, and championing administrative duties. welcome customers visiting the showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
operate a multi-line telephone system and respond to customer inquiries
perform administrative tasks and functions, including word processing, data input
coordinate and process customer payments and enter in ERP system (CDK)
maintaing cleanliness of service lounge & coffee station
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including:
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
- 1 to 2 years experience working in a car dealership, or equivalent
- knowledge of CDK & OneEighty systems is considered an asset
- ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- a proven commitment to quality of work
