About The Role
Jim Peplinski Capital is seeking a Commercial Lease Manager to originate and grow asset-based financing solutions for businesses across Canada.
Your mandate is to find, build, and scale customer relationships, delivering fleet management and asset-backed lending solutions that help clients operate more efficiently and grow with confidence.
What You Bring
Experience: 5+ years of proven performance in a commercial role
A relationship builder with a natural ability to create trust and long-term partnerships
High energy and a relentless drive to learn, improve, and win
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and structure practical solutions
Comfort using technology to improve reach, efficiency, and outcomes
Background in fleet management, equipment financing, or commercial banking
A healthy chip on your shoulder and something to prove

What the Role Consists Of
Originate and grow relationships by developing new fleet and equipment financing opportunities while expanding existing clients
Deliver best-in-class service by managing lease quotations, renewals, and extensions with precision and responsiveness
Solve commercial problems by structuring competitive pricing and asset solutions based on client needs
Own the client journey from commitment through delivery and follow-up
Serve as the primary point of contact, accountable for client satisfaction, retention, and growth
