Talent Management Coordinator (Remote)

This posting is for an existing open role at WildBrain’s Toronto office.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, the Talent Management Coordinator will support the Talent (HR) department in the administration and coordination of various functions such as payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, training, and other HR processes for North America.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, responding to general inquiries, identifying and resolving issues, and providing policy interpretation
Maintain and input accurate employee records and data in HR systems and benefit vendor systems supporting audit readiness and data integrity
Coordinates and executes day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to leave of absence administration, exit interviews, employment letter preparation, HR events, external verifications, and general inquiries
Respond to internal and external Human Resources related inquiries, including employment verifications
Provide feedback on HR processes and initiatives and advocate for business unit needs
Support Talent leaders on HR projects and initiatives as needed
Experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, completed or in progress
Strong client/customer service orientation
Strong administrative, organizational skills
Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Previous experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS); UKG (formerly UltiPro) experience is considered an asset

Compensation may vary within the same role based on experience, performance, specialized expertise, and overall impact.
Compensation: $65,00 - 72,000 CAD. Retirement savings with company matching  .
