Compensation : $71,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year + discretionary annual target bonus at 5% up to a maximum of 7.5% of your base pay

The Production Technician is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the ready‑mix plant. This role leads daily plant activities, supports drivers, and ensures concrete is produced to specification while following safety, quality, and environmental standards. The Plant Operator plays a key role in keeping projects moving and communities building.
Operate and oversee daily plant activities in line with company policies and safety standards
Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to meet production and delivery requirements
Monitor plant performance, conduct inspections, and report or address maintenance needs
Lead plant communication, team meetings, and support positive employee relations
1–3 years of experience in batching, plant operations, or related industrial work or r ecent graduation from a Civil Engineering Technologist/Technician program.
- loader ticket or experience with a front-end loader considered an asset
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate batching systems
- Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and at other locations as required
