As a Maintenance Millwright , you'll bring technical skill and problem-solving expertise to the heart of our operation, helping maintain reliability today while strengthening performance for the future.
Production Support: Technical Expertise: Serve as a maintenance subject-matter expert, supporting teams with troubleshooting and repair solutions.
Preventative Maintenance: Execute and improve corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs.
Record maintenance work, parts usage, and service details accurately and on time.
Maintain machinery, utilities, and facilities to meet operations, safety, and quality standards.
Project Support: Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and new projects from design through execution.
Contractor Coordination: Oversee external contractors to ensure work meets safety, quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, safety, and equipment performance.
Compliance & Safety: Follow Quality Management System, Health & Safety, and ISO 14001 Environmental requirements.
Certified Industrial Millwright qualification with proven industrial experience
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment including pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, presses, and packaging systems
- Experience with preventative and reliability-focused maintenance practices
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
- Comfort working with contractors and cross-functional teams
- Lean manufacturing knowledge is an asset
- Electrician license is an asset

We're offering competitive compensation in the range of $38.75 – $43.05 per hour, based on a 40-hour work week. Shift premiums and opportunities for overtime
