Nurse Practitioner (Onsite – Ottawa | Full-Time, Permanent) We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join an established organization in Ottawa for an onsite , full-time permanent position.

We are supporting a rapidly growing, mission driven healthcare organization dedicated exclusively to serving Canadian Veterans and RCMP members. Founded to address long standing gaps in access to care, the organization provides barrier free, fully covered healthcare services, enabling clients to focus on recovery rather than administrative burden.

With multiple clinics opened nationally over the past two years and continued expansion underway, the organization delivers coordinated, evidence informed care through a collaborative, interdisciplinary model. All services are direct billed through Veterans Affairs Canada, and the organization manages all administrative, billing, and claims related processes on behalf of both patients and practitioners.

Practitioners are supported by a dedicated clinical and administrative team, allowing them to focus on providing high quality, patient centred mental health care to individuals who have served our country.

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for managing a defined caseload and providing end-to-end clinical care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, and follow-up. The role involves contributing to continuity of care through clinical documentation, case coordination, and participation in shared treatment planning as required.

This position is suited to a Nurse Practitioner who is comfortable practicing at full scope, exercising clinical judgment independently, and managing patient care within established clinical guidelines and regulatory frameworks.

Prescribe medications in accordance with scope of practice and regulatory standards

Collaborate closely with allied health professionals

Support health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education initiatives

Licensed Nurse Practitioner in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

Graduate degree in Nursing (MN/MSC-NP)

Demonstrated clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Experience in primary care, community health, or specialized clinical settings

Bilingualism (English/French)
