Sales - Sales Representative - Inside Sales

S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team at in Swift Current, SK. Handling multiple product lines, the ideal candidate will work directly with customers for inquiries, sales, service, and warranty trouble shoot technical problems with customers and provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report generation, and expense tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Generate Sales Quotes
Process and follow up on Sales Order Entries, Warranty Claims, and update existing orders as required
Develop customer Delivery Schedules
Manage forecasts, quoting, order process, and product returns
Research and generate new Customer leads and contacts
Attend trade shows and industry conferences as requested
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year in Sales and Customer Service
Minimum of Grade 12 Diploma
Possess valid Driver's License
Agricultural background is preferred
Experience managing a wide variety of priorities in a fast-paced environment
Capable of working with minimal supervision
Must be accurate and detail oriented
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
