Job Responsibility:
S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our team at our offices in Swift Current, SK . This is a full-time position starting immediately.
Since 1966, our company has been designing and building specialized equipment, products, and custom components for end-users and other manufacturers around the world. S3 fosters a respectful, teamwork environment where ideas are valued and everyone contributes with significance.
The Executive Assistant will provide a high level of administrative and organizational services and support to the VP of Sales. In this role, you will work independently utilizing business knowledge, experience, and administrative expertise to deliver value and support. This role is privy to senior leadership matters, communications, correspondence, documents, and decision items and is required to exercise a high level of confidentiality, discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgement. Key responsibilities include
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Provide administrative assistance in a confidential, professional manner
- Creation of various forms/spreadsheets, and/or revising existing forms/spreadsheets
- Provide assistance to sales team as required
- Project management as assigned
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Ensure all tasks are performed with the highest regard for safety, as outlined in our Safety Manual
- Ensure quality, as outlined in our Quality Manual, is inherent in all tasks performed
Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- A knack for organization and juggling tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Laser-like attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Stellar communication skills, written and verbal.
- A team player attitude that's contagious.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects concurrently
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
