Office Administrator (Property Management)

Kipling is currently looking for an Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our downtown Toronto head office. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position with regular business hours.
Office Administration & Reception
Greet and assist visitors, couriers, and vendors arriving at the head office.
Maintain office supplies, stationery, kitchen stock, and ensure common areas remain organized.
Liaise with building management for maintenance requests, access cards, or facility-related needs.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to leadership and department teams as needed.
Draft, proofread, and format documents, memos, letters, and presentations.
Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel arrangements when required.
Support internal projects with data entry, document tracking, and follow-up tasks.
Provide general office support, including administrative tasks and coordination of day-to-day operations.
Maintain an organized and professional office environment for staff and visitors.
Provide office-based administrative support, including light IT setup duties for new hires (workstation preparation, basic troubleshooting, and coordinating with IT when needed).
Coordinate workflow within the office and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Perform other administrative and office-related duties as required.
Minimum 1 year of office administration experience, ideally in a corporate or real estate environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
