Product Owner / Technical Product Manager

This role can be performed remotely anywhere in Germany with regular on-site customer engagements, approximately two days per week.

You will work as a Technical Product Manager (m/f/d) on complex IT infrastructure projects and support our customers in designing digital systems that are stable, secure and scalable.
You will contribute to the design and continuous development of infrastructure-related products and services , for example in the areas of cloud, platform engineering or on-premise infrastructures .
You will oversee the entire product lifecycle , from requirements gathering and backlog maintenance to prioritization, implementation and release support.
You will work closely with engineering, operations and security teams to ensure that technical and business requirements are clearly defined and successfully implemented.
You will support the creation and maintenance of roadmaps, user stories and technical specifications and ensure that deliverables are implemented to a high standard of quality .
You will contribute your experience in cloud-native and hybrid environments and help to continuously optimize products and services.
You will work closely with our customers , remotely, in hybrid settings or on site, and act as a reliable point of contact in day-to-day project work .
You will maintain a network of technology and service partners and help integrate proven standards and new solutions into our projects .

Professional Experience: You have at least five years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in the context of platform engineering, cloud platforms or complex on-premise infrastructures.
User Empathy: You understand the needs of developers and IT operators and have at least four years of hands-on experience working with IT infrastructures, for example as a software engineer, IT administrator, SRE or Product Owner.
Technical Expertise: You have a deep understanding of platform engineering and cloud-native concepts such as Kubernetes, service mesh or GitOps.
Agile Mindset: You are confident in applying Scrum or SAFe. Language Skills: You communicate clearly and persuasively in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
