Training Development & Delivery: Design and deliver effective learning solutions, including comprehensive training packages, e‑learning modules, and engaging in‑person or virtual sessions tailored to diverse learning needs.
Learning Needs & Program Management: Identify skill gaps by collaborating with department leaders, analyzing performance data, and reviewing learner feedback. Use these insights to develop targeted training interventions and manage certification programs, including scheduling, material preparation, follow‑up support, and addressing technical inquiries.
Tailored Training Solutions: Partner with department heads to develop customized training strategies that support organizational goals and address specific capability gaps.
Technical Documentation Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert and work closely with the Technical Writer to create, review, and maintain accurate, user‑focused technical documentation. Proactively contribute to improving documentation structure, standards, consistency, and content quality.
Project Leadership: Demonstrate strong project management skills by leading training program development from planning through execution, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are completed on schedule.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Training & Development, or another related technical discipline, combined with 3–5 years of hands‑on technical experience and instructional design or training delivery work.
Strong practical understanding of technical workflows, products, or systems, ideally gained through direct field exposure or supporting technical teams, experience in mining or industrial environments is considered an asset.
Demonstrated ability to work confidently across a wide range of digital platforms and productivity ecosystems, including analytics tools (Power BI), CRM and support systems (Salesforce, Zendesk), collaboration and content‑management platforms (SharePoint), and multimedia creation environments (e.g., Strong capability to interpret and translate complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, and accessible documentation and learning materials, applying instructional methodologies and adult‑learning principles to ensure information is digestible, practical, and aligned with audience needs, whether for technical teams, end‑users, or cross‑functional stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, demonstrated through coordination with internal and external teams to align key workflows and materials.
Experience contributing to standardized processes, messaging, or documentation, supporting consistent quality across deliverables.

Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only.
