This client is currently in the process of an expansion across North America which will include over 100 new retail stores, distribution centres and office space across the USA and Canada.
As Senior Project Manager, you will join this client's construction team and be responsible for delivering unique, high‑profile projects from design through to completion. You will oversee all aspects of the construction process, working closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and construction partners to ensure projects meet the company's standards for design, quality, schedule, and budget. You will partner closely with internal design, development, and operations teams to align project execution, while leading and overseeing General Contractors, validating build quality, safety performance, scheduling, and cost control. This owner is seeking candidates with 8+ years of project management experience, ideally gained from a general contractor. Professionals with a combination of contractor and owner/client‑side experience will also be considered. Experience delivering high‑end commercial projects—particularly in retail or hospitality—or residential construction is strongly preferred. A technical education in Construction Management, Engineering, a technical diploma, Carpentry, or a related field is preferred but not required. Prior field experience is considered an asset.
