Technical Project Manager (M/F/D)

Our client is initiating the redevelopment of a web platform serving as a subscription-based data resource . This is a hands-on, senior-level Technical Project Manager role requiring someone who can step in on day one, establish structure quickly, and drive execution through delivery.
The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead the initiation, planning, and execution of a complex web application revamp. You will work closely with engineering, product, data, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of an initial phase within a 3–4 month window .
Lead rapid project initiation including project charter, business requirements, scope definition, and delivery plan (within ~2 weeks)
Establish governance, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Manage end-to-end delivery of the web application revamp
Drive execution across cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data, CRM)
Ensure delivery stays on track with scope, timeline, and quality expectations
Proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
Customer data into CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Third-party data sources combined with proprietary data
AI or intelligent-agent features embedded within the UX
Act as the technical translator between business stakeholders and engineering teams
Communicate clearly with senior business leaders and technical teams
Senior Technical PM Experience (Web Applications) Proven track record delivering complex web application builds or revamps, with strong technical fluency across APIs, integrations, authentication, and data flows.
Rapid Initiation & Aggressive Delivery Experience independently leading project initiation (charter, requirements, scope) and delivering initial phases within 3–4 month timelines .
Integration & Stakeholder Leadership Demonstrated success managing CRM and third-party data integrations while serving as the bridge between business and technical teams.
8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
- Strong experience delivering web-based platforms or SaaS products
- Experience delivering AI-enabled features or intelligent agents
Data-heavy platform or licensed data integration experience
Background in regulated, scientific, or data-driven industries
Hourly Rate of $105/hr
