The available position is a CNC Operator/Programmer and is based out of our Smithville Facility.
Available Shifts: 8-hour Day shifts with Afternoon shifts as necessary, full time.

Purpose of the Position: To support the Maintenance Department's Tool room by producing high-quality parts through programming, setting up and operating a CNC machine.
Program and operate a variety of CNC milling machines and lathe
Read and interpret Engineering drawings/blueprints and Solid models
Translate instructions into computer commands so machines perform correct function
Utilize and comply with all manufacturing and quality standards
Verify dimensions of parts and tools using precision measuring instruments
Abide with instructions, regulations and safety policies
Tool setting and programming, an asset
Mould making an asset
Motivated to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Must be willing to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (hairnet, ear plugs, safety glasses, steel toed boots/shoes)
